Caliper lock and slight high to low groan when turning

So I had my passenger side caliper lock up on me and had it replaced. The rotor was eaten up a bit along with the pad. Now I'm hearing this high to low groan when turning at a decent angle to the left. I was wondering if that sound like the caliper locking again, the rotor warped or what. Please help. I plan on getting new pads and the rotor surfaced but need advice.

You will get better help here if you provided details on your vehicle, we don't have a clue what you have and can't see it through the Internet.

Sorry for the lack of info. My first time on this forum. If this still isn't enough info let me know what more you need. Thank you.
