no brakes , soft pedal

mazda 323 BH non-ABS , ...changed three boosters and master cylinders ...and as soon as i start the car, the pedal drops,can you possibly help me?...will appreciate a response...thank you

Have you tried a Mazda forum?

Did you bench bleed the master cylinder before installing it?

Drops how far? It's supposed to drop a little.
