1998 F150 tires
Need to put some tires on an old 98 F150 I picked up.
It has 265/70/16 on it now. I found some 225/75/16s cheap.
How will they work on this truck?

Yes, they will work on the factory rims.

If you like you can got to Tirerack and check the load ratings I think.

Discount Tire lists that size as usable on that truck.

A Discount Tire store just opened in Wilmington NC. Glad to see it. I bought some tires at one in Richmond VA when I worked up there and I was impressed with their computerized 4 wheel alignment rack.

The store here doesn't do alignments. I didn't think any of them did.
