Just a thought I have a 98 f150 4x4 lariat x-cab I went with 34/11.50/17 They fit great and no rub nor cutting required and the good thing is I have a friend with a 96 z71 with a 4" body and it sat 2" taller then his lifted truck
the only thought to my mind (oh what a feeling)

Any pics of your truck? Currently, i'm sitting on 33's. It sits much higher then a Z71. Dodge is a little higher, but the new ones sit real low.

 

I have a 98 ext cab with 305-70-16's, no lift. The pro comps rubbed bad. I have since cranked the torison bars up half way and no problems now......hope this helps.

 

Hey mike how is the ride since cranking the torsion bars has the ride gotten stiffer I've also heard that adjusting them will change your alignment and can cause cupping or strange tire ware did you get an alignment after turning them up

 

yes had the front end check after cranking torison bars,man said right side was off a little.stiffer ride but better to me.
