Repacking wheel bearings

Could somebody please tell me the proper way to repack the wheel bearings on 97 F150 SC 2X4.

get some latex gloves....

and put a big glob of high temp bearing grease right in the middle of your palm...place bearing on top of glob...close hand and start squeezing the grease into the bearing with your hand(to assure proper method...close eyes and pretend pamala lee was standing in front of you) continue until grease is well inbedded into bearing sleeve. do the rest, apply extra inside rotor...set rear bearing on racer and install seal and your on your way...good luck

how about a grease gun and bearing greasing cone? works alot better ..and cleaner too...
