I'm planning on either 38" or 39" Super Swamper tires on my truck. Which rims would be better? 17's or 16.5's? The last rims I bought were from Discount Tire and the finish didn't hold up. I'm thinking of Welds, but I want to hear from ya'll which rims have the best finish and don't pit and become stained. I live down dirt roads, so they will be getting dirty pretty often. I look forward to hearing from ya'll.

I hear the tire manufactures are trying to get rid of 16.5 so in the future you might not be able to find tires if you go that way i have 16.5 on my truck in the pic included my truck was on 38's now i have a whole new setup when i get pics i will repost

As far as I know, Swamper does not make a tire that big in a 17", I have only seen 16.5 and 16", which is the sizes I would go with.
