New Guy Here! New Wheels/Tires

Whats up everyone. Ive been using the forum through Google to help answer some questions I've had here and there. Well, today while at work (not working) I thought I'd intoduce myself and become part of the group. Great forum by the way!!!

First off, the wheels and tires are a bit different than the common bfgs or terra grapplers on mickey t or moto metal wheels. Yes, we have all seen the rockstars, but usually in 20's or 22's and NEVER 18's with a 5x135 bolt, so here they are. The tires are Mickey Thompson Baja ATZs which I am absolutely LOVING!

The truck is an '02 Screw that i just put a new motor in with 70k on it (truck has 155k) so I know im gonna have it for a while after taking on that motor task. Ive started to do a few things to it and im really starting to love it. To the point where I had a dream last night someone stole it, to me that means really like my truck!

As you can see, I just did the wheels and tires. Its got an in dash dvd, 1000w kenwood amp bridged to one channel that powers the 1000w infinity perfect that i some how managed to mount in the center console. And oh yes, the center console is still functional with about a 4" deep tray. Infinity kappas in the doors and a baby seat in the back!!! Thats why I had to work so hard to get the sub and amp into places that wouldn't change interior funtion. Rear seats fold flat and you would never know there is a sub or amp in it.

So, theres a quick rundown.

Thanks for the welcome guys. To madmaxwell87 about the tires, yeah, they are the "traditional" atzs and so far they ride AMAZING and handle really wet mud easily. To cashel, lift...I know!

Id like to get everyones thoughts on some lift. Ive got 2" front levelers at home waiting to be installed and was going to do 2" blocks in the rear. I know my tires arent that big, so i dont know if that will look silly or not. You're suggestions.

One last thing. Im a graphic designer, so if any of you want me to photoshop parts on your trucks or lifts or wheels. Just let me know and ill slap something together so you can get an idea of what it'll look like.

from the front bumper and what looks like torsion bars im going to assume you have a 4x4. in that case i would just crank the torsion bars a little to make it sit level, then when the new tires wear out get a 6" lift and 35's.

what size are those atz's?

What size are the tires is the general question and as much as I'd rather not say because they are no where near the size I wanted to get.

The tires are Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ Traditionals 275/65-18's. And here is the reason why I have them. I got the set of 4 for $400!!!...I couldnt really say no to that deal. I was super nervous to put them on, thinking they would look too small, but i have to be honest, I think they look really good. And with the deep tread the actual height of them on my truck is 32".

So there ya go...not huge, but really cheap for some really sick tires, I just couldnt say no to $100 a peice for M/T's.

And the wheels. It was not an easy task to find the KMC XD ROCKSTARS in an 18 with a 5x135 bolt pattern. I could find 20's all day long, but it took me two months or more to find these 18's. I probably should have joined the site sooner and just asked all you guys, huh?
